Make Up Classes

Students may take make-up class for any class that they were absent for, or missed due to holiday closings. No further credits or refunds are issued for missed classes.

Make-up classes do not carry over from session to session. 

In case of snow-please call the studio or check our website/facebook page. We usually close if schools are not in session. If roads are cleared by the afternoon, we will then be open. Any classes missed because of snow or inclement weather may be made up at your convenience. No further credits are given.

 

 

Private Lesson Cancellation Policy

All cancellations for private lessons need to be done 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made within less than 12 hours are subject to full price of lesson costs due to inconvenience.  If you are paying cash, and do not show up for your lesson you will be required to send payment via venmo or zelle. If we do not receive payment for a cancelled lesson, unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate your child moving forward. We hire staff accordingly, and this is their livelihood. They rely on these lessons. Thank you for understanding.
